The 154,300-square-foot store, located at the southeast corner of State Rt. 25 and Eckel Junction Road in Perrysburg, is set to open this June.
Foreman Mike McNutt and several other members of the Piping Industry, including journeyman Al Hoskins and fourth-year apprentice Derrick Vanhove, have done all of the underground piping, roof drains, and plumbing on the project. Complete Refrigeration LLC. is performing the refrigeration for the entire building.

“It should be a smooth next couple of months until the opening,” said Brody Walters, the city of Perrysburg’s administrator of planning and zoning.
This project is being highlighted as another example of the great work that members of the Piping Industry are constantly doing throughout Northwest Ohio.
