Our 100% privately-funded training program is the most comprehensive of its kind and utilizes the most cutting-edge facility in Northwest Ohio. Our apprentices receive a balance of classroom and hands-on learning in combination with on-the-job training by licensed journeymen, thereby producing the best workforce to tackle every plumbing, pipefitting, welding, and HVAC project, large and small.
