Northwest Ohio Piping Industry members are part of the crew building a new school in Northwest Ohio.
Construction of a new structure, designed to house all grades from pre-kindergarten through high school, is underway in Northwood.
The school district, located southeast of Toledo, is constructing an all-in-one school, with plans to tear down three elementary schools and part of the high school. The $33 million project will create a 136,000-square-foot facility with modern amenities for the students.
Piping Industry members working for Mondo Mechanical, Inc. are installing waterlines and pipes in the structure and as construction progresses, will install all plumbing fixtures as well.
Piping Industry journeymen will also be called upon to install the HVAC system in the new building.
By choosing the Piping Industry, the Northwood Local School District can expect the highest quality of work and craftsmanship on all piping-related work. Not only will the work be done right the first time, but it will also be completed safely. No other area piping trades organization can match the Piping Industry’s commitment to safety and continued education.
School construction should be completed in the fall of 2017.
