A little bit surprised but incredibly impressed. These are common emotions expressed by visitors who tour the Piping Industry Training Center in Northwood, Ohio for the first time.

The Piping Industry Training Center is a jointly sponsored Training Trust, committed to serving both Labor and Management of the Piping Industry of Northwest Ohio.

State Representative Tim W. Brown, (R-Bowling Green) toured the training center in August 2013 and left extoling the amazing opportunities the center can provide individuals seeking a rewarding career in any of the assorted fields that make up the Piping Industry.

“The facility is an incredible center for training and education, right here in Wood County,” Brown’s letter states. “…The (training center) offers career training for Steamfitting, Plumbing, Welding and Mechanical Equipment Service (HVAC and refrigeration). And many of these skills are in demand!”

Brown concluded his correspondence by encouraging anyone interested in the career opportunities to visit the website www.NWOPITC.com.
