PITC Partners with Johnson Controls and Jeep

The Piping Industry recently hosted members of Johnson Controls - a global technology company specializing in energy optimization and operational efficiency in the automotive and industrial market sectors - at our Piping Industry Training Center. 

While at the PITC, Johnson Controls' Nick Malco, a service technician, and Ron Paul, a calibration and vibration analyst, practiced various methods of using a laser alignment tool developed and manufactured by the company. This tool and its proprietary software are used to precisely align all components of complex machines such as motors and pumps, while providing real time analysis and feedback that technicians can use to adjust the machines they are working on to engineered specifications.
