The only Ohio area to top Toledo was Steubenville, Ohio-Weirton W.Va. area, which saw a 29 percent increase.

Columbus saw a 12 percent rise in construction jobs, placing 26th in the nation and third in the state, according to the AGC.

February’s numbers represent a small increase over what is expected to be a busy year for the Northwest Ohio Piping Industry. Hundreds of traveling workers are expected in the Greater Toledo area to help on these projects and number of medium and smaller sized projects. These highly trained, highly skilled craftsmen will help Piping Industry members complete these jobs on time and on budget.
